Getting a contractor to call you back is the most common frustration in this trade, and we have not always been perfect at it. Here is the standard we hold ourselves to now, and what to do if we miss it.
If an estimate is late, call 540-827-8192 and ask for Ignacio directly. Chasing us is not your job, but we would rather you call than write us off.
You reach out
Call, text, or send the form. Anything urgent — a tree down, a blocked drive — should be a phone call, because the form is not monitored after hours.
We confirm within one business day
You get a real reply from a person confirming we received it and when we can come look. If you have not heard from us by the end of the next business day, call and say so.
We walk the property
Ignacio or a crew lead comes out, looks at the actual conditions, and talks through options with you on site. No quoting a job from a photo.
You get it in writing
A written estimate with the scope and the price spelled out, sent within three business days of the walk-through. Clear scope, clear number, no verbal ballparks.
