Owned and led by Ignacio Alvarez, ATS&L, LLC is a family-run concrete and landscaping company based in Locust Grove, Virginia — built on a simple idea: show up, do honest work, leave the place better than we found it.
A family operation out of Locust Grove
ATS&L is owned and run by Ignacio Alvarez out of Locust Grove, in Orange County. It is a family business in the literal sense — longtime customers know both Ignacio and his father, Marcelino, and have worked with the two of them across a decade and more of seasons.
That longevity is the part we are proudest of. Clients on our Google profile describe relationships going back more than fifteen years, covering everything from weekly mowing to tree removal to new landscape installations on the same property as it changed over time. One customer put it as nine-plus years and “always satisfied with the quality of their work and very fair pricing.”
Day to day, work runs through a small number of crews rather than a rotating roster of subcontractors. Sergio leads much of the landscape and clearing work; Ignacio walks the estimates himself. That is deliberate — it is why the person who quotes your job is someone you will see again on it.
We are licensed and insured in Virginia and will send proof of insurance before we start, without being asked twice.
